Title: Lead Recruiter – GBS / Shared Services (Bogotá)

Role summary
Own end-to-end hiring for GBS roles in Colombia. Build pipelines, advise stakeholders, drive offers-to-join, and lead/mentor recruiters or coordinators as required.
Key responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for GBS roles (Finance Ops/AP/AR, HR Ops, Customer Ops, Procurement, Reporting, Analytics, etc.)
Drive stakeholder governance: intake calls, scorecards, hiring plans, SLAs, weekly WBRs
Build sourcing strategy and market maps; execute direct sourcing + referrals + vendors (if any)
Manage offer process, compensation alignment, closing, and joining/attrition risk mitigation
Ensure compliance: documentation, ATS hygiene, reporting
Requirements
6–10+ years recruiting with demonstrable GBS/shared services hiring
Strong sourcing + closing skills; metrics-driven (TTF, O2J, pipeline health)
