Role summary

Own end-to-end hiring for GBS roles in Colombia. Build pipelines, advise stakeholders, drive offers-to-join, and lead/mentor recruiters or coordinators as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GBS roles (Finance Ops/AP/AR, HR Ops, Customer Ops, Procurement, Reporting, Analytics, etc.)
• Drive stakeholder governance: intake calls, scorecards, hiring plans, SLAs, weekly WBRs
• Build sourcing strategy and market maps; execute direct sourcing + referrals + vendors (if any)
• Manage offer process, compensation alignment, closing, and joining/attrition risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance: documentation, ATS hygiene, reporting
