**Job Description Summary**
The Lead Repair Development Engineer, Joining Process, responsible for the development, industrialization, and support for joining technologies for the Gas Power business globally. You will be part of AMRT (Advanced Manufacturing & Repair Technology) Joining team and industrialization of process around the global repair network to deliver quality and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop new manufacturing and repair process technology to assist component teams in implementing repair strategies or fulfilling factory NPI requirements.
+ Create a validation plan for repair materials and laser cladding process technology in conjunction with New Repair Introduction engineers.
+ Ensure the successful transfer of development processes and validate repair service centers' qualifications and certifications for their repair procedures.
