Job Title: Lead Residential Air Conditioning Installer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience) + piece-rate / performance pay
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Air Conditioning Installer to oversee and perform high-quality residential HVAC installations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage installation crews while delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to hourly pay, this position offers piece-rate incentives for efficient, high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
Install and replace residential AC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
