Lead Ruby Developer (Inside IR35)   £500 per day
  UK-Based | Flexible Working
  Start: 23rd March 2026
  Contract until 31st July 2026
  Full-Time 
We’re hiring a Lead Ruby Developer  to take ownership of a nationally used government digital service undergoing a major cloud migration and platform evolution. 
This is a critical backfill for a departing Tech Lead. We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly, provide stability, and drive delivery across architecture and engineering.
