Due to the influx of new projects, a Lead Sales Trainer is needed to design and deliver relevant training.

Your new role
You will manage 1 sales trainer and report to the Global L&D Lead. As a Lead Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering various types of training (sales, product and, softskills) for the Greater China region. You will also be expected to oversee the effectiveness and quality of all training delivered.
