Lead Salesforce Business Analyst

We are searching for a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst .

In this position, you will play a key role in enhancing our CRM and ERP systems, supporting greater efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will collaborate with business leaders to address challenges, define requirements, and ensure projects are delivered with clear roadmaps, use cases, testing strategies, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather and assess business requirements, ensuring they align with company and project goals
• Create comprehensive system documentation, including both functional and non-functional specifications
• Produce detailed use cases, process flows, and wireframes to illustrate system operations and user experiences
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately
• Identify risks and obstacles during project planning and suggest actionable solutions
