Job Description

The Role:
Silicon Labs is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to architect, design, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, solution ownership, AI-driven innovation, and mentorship responsibilities. The Lead Salesforce Developer will act as a technical authority and solution owner, ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant Salesforce implementations that support Sales, Service, Marketing, and Legal (CLM) operations.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Architecture 
Lead end-to-end solution design, architecture, and technical strategy for Salesforce initiatives.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
