Lead Sanitary & Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and governance by reviewing consultants’ design deliverables and technical specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes/standards, constructibility, sustainability, cost-efficiency, and long-term maintainability.


• Lead the engineering design development of sanitary plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems for special projects.


• Manage cross-functional and external stakeholder coordination with utility providers, LGUs, and suppliers to secure requirements, align technical interfaces, and support project implementation.


• Ensure quality and compliance in execution through site inspections and verification activities, confirming construction works adhere to approved plans, specifications, and project standards.
