Lead & Scheduling Coordinator (GoHighLevel / Setter)

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead & Scheduling Coordinator to own our inbound lead pipeline from new inquiry → booked consult → nurtured → show-up ready.

This role is NOT a closer. You are the person who makes sure no lead slips, the pipeline stays clean, and the consult calendar stays organized.

What You'll Do

• Respond to new leads quickly (same day, ideally within minutes)
• Make outbound calls daily to new and existing leads
• Run consistent follow-up until the lead books or is closed/lost
• Manage and update the pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL) daily
• Maintain accurate lead data (notes, tags, contact info, lead source, status)
• Schedule and reschedule consults correctly and quickly
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows (reminders + follow-up)
• Keep the consult calendar clean, organized, and protected
