We are seeking a results-driven Lead SDET to enhance the testability, resilience, and performance of our software. Utilize your advanced programming skills to design and develop cutting-edge automation testing tools and frameworks. Lead our efforts to revolutionize the testing process and ensure production-grade software quality. 
Responsibilities: Ownership:  Take ownership of developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of the entire product. 
Technical Leadership:  Guide the SDET team in developing and executing unit test scripts, advanced test automation frameworks. Encourage team members to innovate and excel. 
Strategic Test Planning:  Take charge in crafting strategic test plans, ensuring thorough testing of software functionalities alongside other teams. Innovate and align testing strategies with our company's goals.
