Lead Security Supervisor - HSSSEQ

Position Summary The Lead Security Supervisor reports directly to the HSSSEQ Manager.

They must be both fit and healthy and able to fulfill their daily duties.

Safety must be the absolute priority for all personnel on site at any time including visitors and contractors.

The Lead Security Supervisor work for 5 days per week.

Working on weekends and additional hours as per job requirements.

Major Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing guidance and support as needed.

Foster a culture of professionalism, vigilance, and accountability among security staff.

Be fully familiar with national security aspects.

Maintains the day-to-day management of the incident management room and the incident management team by: Making sure the room is adequately stocked and all functions are tested frequently.
