Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities  Lead and deliver strategic design and research initiatives, shaping product vision, direction, and long-term strategy. 
Translate complex business and user challenges into clear research plans, driving end-to-end discovery activities and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations. 
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions that align stakeholders, encourage innovation, and uncover meaningful insights. 
Influence product direction through strong product thinking and storytelling, effectively communicating research outcomes, design concepts, and rationale to diverse audiences. 
Champion user-centered design practices and advocate for research as a key driver of product and business decisions. 
Create service design artifacts such as customer journey maps, experience maps, service blueprints, interaction flows, and wireframes.
