Lead SEO Strategist

About the role
We're hiring a full-time Lead SEO Strategist to take full ownership of SEO across our brands and support SEO delivery for agency clients. This role main focus is building an execution-first SEO system that improves indexing, rankings, authority (backlinks), and lead conversions.
This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who can plan, execute, optimize, build links, and report consistently.
Key Responsibilities
1) Technical SEO
Diagnose and fix crawl/indexation issues, sitemap/robots/canonicals, redirects, duplicate content, and site architecture
Maintain a prioritized technical backlog and work with our WordPress developer to implement fixes
Ensure clean tracking + conversion events are set and working properly
2) On-Page SEO
Optimize titles/meta, headers, intent alignment, content structure, FAQs, schema recommendations, and CTR improvements
