Lead Site Engr

Position Overview:
This position is in charge of overseeing all on-site operations and making sure that all engineering tasks are carried out in accordance with corporate strategic objectives, safety regulations, and quality standards. The Lead Site Engineer ensures the effective delivery of critical assets that support the organization's long-term operational resilience and service excellence through both design specifications and physical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Oversee day-to-day technical operations on-site and make sure contractors adhere to the Project Management Plan (PMP), authorized plans, and specifications.
Quality & Compliance: Make sure materials and workmanship adhere to Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) and Company technical standards by conducting routine site inspections and audits.
