Lead SMT Operator

Lead, SMT Operator Hourly Salary Range: $27.00-$28.00/hr *There will be a hands-on soldering exercise as part of the interview process which will take approximately 1 hour. Job Description/Responsibilities: Responsible for directly overseeing SMT & set-up areas. Setup and operate programmable screen printers, SMT placement machine and reflow oven. Handle chemicals in operation of the above machines according to established procedures. Assist in the on-the-job training of operators to the above-listed operations. Assist the shift supervisor in managing priorities and workflow as defined by the production schedule/build plan. Responsible for insuring that required processes are being followed. Meets company's and customers quality and workmanship standards. Responsible for controlled product documents use during manufacturing. Perform SMT equipment operations for machines including, but not limited to Fuji CP 4 & CP 6, GSM Universal, Dek, Heller Re-flow and wave solder (ERSA). P...
