Job Description
Who You'll Work With The Lead, SNKRS – SEA&I partners with diverse, cross-functional teams across Planning, Site Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Energy to grow the SNKRS business and strengthen the sneaker community ecosystem. This role works closely with teammates and counterparts across SEA&I, APLA, and Global, aligning strategy, execution, and insights to deliver impact at scale. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a commercially driven, digitally fluent leader with a deep, authentic connection to sneaker culture. This individual brings strong business judgment, a proven understanding of digital commerce and consumer journeys, and the ability to translate community and consumer insights into clear priorities and platform initiatives that accelerate growth across SEA&I.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in a commercial capacity (digital preferred), demand & supply management, brand marketing, or related field
