Lead Software Architect - EPMS Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale cloud development and a strong background in the Power and Electrical domain. This role requires hands-on experience with **Distributed Energy Resources (DER), microgrids, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).**

You will report directly to our Sr. Director, Engineering and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Lead Software Architect for EPMS product development, owning end-to-end architecture for cloud-enabled energy management platforms.

Role requires approximately 60% EPMS / power systems domain depth and 40% hands-on software architecture across Java, .NET, React JS, microservices, and Azure cloud technologies.
