Lead Software Architect

KSAT is seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead Software Architect to guide the technical direction of our software systems within the Ground Network (GN) Products department. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a unified architectural vision that supports a growing portfolio of distributed software and hardware services operating KSAT's global satellite ground station network.
You will play a dual role as both a systems architect and a technical leader, overseeing a group of experienced software team leads and engineers. Together, you will ensure our development practices, infrastructure, and system designs are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with both business goals and modern software principles.
Our ambition is to evolve our systems around API-first design, standardized services, and operational automation at global scale. To achieve this, we need someone who can bridge long-term architectural thinking with strong execution leadership.
