A high-performance digital asset trading firm is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to co‑drive its next‑generation electronic trading platform spanning crypto (spot and derivatives) and, over time, traditional markets including futures, commodities, and equities.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-architect the full trading stack (market data, execution, risk, surveillance, simulation, internal tools).
• Lead integrations with major crypto venues (Bybit, Binance, OKX, Coinbase).
