**About this Role**

The **Lead Software Engineer** is a senior hands‑on technologist responsible for **designing, building, and delivering** enterprise‑grade software solutions.

This role owns **end‑to‑end engineering delivery** and partners closely with **Product, Business Stakeholders, and Technology Partners** to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

The role is expected to **apply Generative AI tools pragmatically** to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency, while adhering to enterprise standards.
