About the Job

Provide operations support, implementation, support and communications for Observability services and infrastructure.

• Install, configure and upgrade observability components.
• Observability tools administration for service request, change and reconfiguration.
• Plan, broadcast and apply observability tools patch and hardening.
• Maintain observability configuration items and keep track on new or obsolete components.
• Join in various meetings that requires the observability team involvement.
• Guide and provide Level 1/2 observability troubleshooting support.
• Write and update documentations related to observability administration and configurations.
• Communicate to the stakeholders on the recommendation to ensure observability can detect and capture better and without critical problems in future.
