Lead Software Engineer

Epsilon is looking for a Lead Engineer to help drive the design, delivery, technical strategy, and execution of core capabilities for Epsilon Clean Room, our privacy-first data collaboration platform. In this role, you will lead through technical expertise, partner closely with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders, and build scalable solutions that enable secure, data-rich collaboration for enterprise clients.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Deliver large-scale cloud-native data platforms primarily on AWS using REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications to build highly scalable and resilient systems.
+ Work hands-on across the technology stack, including Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Express.js, AWS services, event-driven architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases, to solve complex engineering challenges and maintain platform excellence.
