Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 9 years of web development experience with expertise in and React.
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and conducting code reviews.
Ability to mentor junior developers and maintain high coding standards.
Strong focus on performance optimization, security, and modern web practices.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and teams.
Advanced analytical skills for rapid troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Deep understanding of Scrum and agile project management.
