Lead Software Engineer/ Senior C# Developer - FullStack(Bilingual)

Overview

We are seeking a Software Lead Engineer or Senior C# Developer FullStack with a high English level (C1) to communicate with native Board Managers and build applications from the ground up, troubleshoot complex issues, implement new features, and provide technical leadership to a team of web, systems, and mobile developers. Candidate must be living in Medellin Antioquia for an onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using C# and .NET.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
• Test, debug, and optimize software to ensure reliability and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers across web, systems, and mobile.
• Recommend improvements to existing software products.
