Lead Software Engineer

We are looking to speak to Lead/ Principal Software Engineers
In this role, you will partner with client teams to take challenges from early problem definition through to well-designed, practical solutions, across both new builds and existing systems.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
Enjoy breaking down complex technical and business problems
Can clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Prioritise impact, value, and outcomes over purely technical perfection
Lead through collaboration, trust, and influence rather than authority
Enjoy working early in the lifecycle to shape problems and define the right solutions
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience working in multi-team or multi-squad environments, with progression into architecture or senior technical leadership roles
Experience across a variety of settings, including product teams, consultancy-style environments, and large-scale organisations
