This role focuses on improving project scoping and tracking, optimizing development processes, and leading efforts across cross-functional teams. The Lead Software Engineering Manager aligns engineering priorities with business objectives, promotes quality, and establishes standards among engineers. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and organizational skills to drive engineering excellence, quality, and efficiency.
