**Lead Soldering Engineer**Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this post leads a team of engineers and technicians to oversee all activities relating to wave soldering process and machines in two factories including but not limited to the design, setup, qualify, implement and control of wave soldering process starting from new products to end of life of products targeting zero soldering defect.Other tasks like equipment maintenance and improvement, new processes, machines, and technology identification and implementation, equipment and process standardization and consolidation are also critical areas this manager needs to take care of.
**Responsibilities**- Lead and manage a soldering team - consists of engineers and technicians for activities regarding all wave soldering machines in two factories.
- Design and setup soldering process, fixtures and tools - to target at zero soldering defect.Maintain the design drawing for design change and future reference.
