We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Solution Advisor (Contract)
Job Title: ServiceNow - Lead Solution Advisor (Contract)
Experience: 5 8 Years
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands-on ServiceNow experience, with strong exposure to IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM
Strong technical skills in Workflows/Flow Designer, APIs, integrations, UI Builder, Workspace
Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
Experience in scoped app development, automations, and integrations
Proficient in deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform troubleshooting
Ability to define epics, user stories, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow best practices
