Lead Sorter

Lead and support sorters during assigned shifts assign workstations and manage daily workflow.

• Monitors materials completion based on activity JO
• Ensure materials/products are sorted accurately and efficiently
• Monitor productivity and quality throughout the shift
• Train and coach new and existing team members
• Enforce safety rules and company policies
• Identify and report equipment or process issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate performance updates and issues to supervisors
• Crafts reports regarding activity updates and sorting
