Lead Sourcing & Commercial Contracting Specialist – IT (Network & Telecom)

**Job Description Summary**
This role is responsible for leading Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Contracting activities across all aspects of GE Vernova’s IT Category Management for the Network & Telecom commodities.
This role requires strategic ownership of all-encompassing category spend, developing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership – including vendor management, demand management, and governance / compliance – to achieve initial TCO reduction and ongoing year-over-year improvements, utilizing an understanding of industry trends to inform the decision-making process. This role will work with IT Sourcing leadership to set strategy, coordinate sourcing efforts, policy, and execute initiatives.
This role will also involve partnering with GE Vernova functional stakeholders in IT, Finance, Legal, Business Sourcing, Vendor Management, Operations, Supply-Chain, and other functions to drive TCO reduction while delivering excellent service levels to the organization.
