Lead Specialist, Commercial Process Re-engineering

**Basic purpose of role/Why the job exists:**



This role exists to provide sales administrative support to commercial teams in the context of sales budget management, market research and pricing management to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial perspective. The position holder will work closely with commercial leadership to understand their needs.



**Major Responsibilities**



+ SR budget management:- Planning- Data management/setting: budget and actual performance of SRs- Double count based on BU initiatives-Budget allocation by hospital, product, SRs

+ Power BI creation for commercial / BU initiatives

+ Master data management: manual adjustment(Dealer 振替：Case cover fee)/invoicing adjustment（過去実績振替）

+ Sales report（excl. NSM : NSMデータ ）

+ Pricing management（LP/RP/SPI/NSR: Workflow process）
