An experienced contract management professional, responsible for supporting project management on contractual & commercial matters relating to the negotiation, administration, and performance of projects and various contractual relationships thereto including towards customers, consortium partners, suppliers and subcontractors.

**Roles and Responsibilities – ITO Phase (pre-award)**

+ Working with ITO teams to implement risk control & mitigation through structured exchange of return of experience and helping with review of customer tender documents, consortium agreements, pre-bid agreements etc with focus on scope, payment process, change order/variation order process, claim management, bonds, insurance, extension of time provisions etc.
+ Providing support in T&C negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
