GES P&SC is a Shared Service Center which offers Purchase to Pay services to many dsm-firmenich components. The goal is to provide effective, efficient, and customer-oriented service delivery, based on a one-year Service Agreement. Service delivery incorporates accounts payable accounting, operational purchasing and expense claims.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

+ Process invoices with or without purchase orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, proper account assignment, and VAT compliance.
+ Match and verify invoices against purchase orders across ERP systems, mainly SAP.
+ Handle employee reimbursements and post all relevant transactions in SAP.
+ Resolve vendor issues and clear blocked invoices (e.g., MRBR), while coordinating timely payment processing.
+ Support continuous improvement in the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process by identifying and addressing structural issues.
