Acts as the primary contact for all Procure-to-Pay (P2P) matters, handling Level 1 escalations, blocked invoices, and exceptions while ensuring smooth purchasing, timely delivery, invoice processing, and GR/IR reconciliation. The role monitors transactions, resolves issues through root cause analysis, drives process improvements, and provides foreign language support and training to ensure compliance and effective use of procurement systems. It also coordinates closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement teams to maintain efficient P2P operations.

**Your key responsibilities:**

+ Act as the first point of contact and escalation for all end-to-end P2P matters, bridging internal stakeholders, suppliers, finance, sourcing, and business units.
