Lead Specialist – Investments Alternatives– Data Support

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Lead Specialist – Investments Alternatives– Data Support We will count on you to: Manage and support alternative asset data (private equity, real estate, hedge funds, infrastructure), ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Validate, reconcile, and cleanse alternative asset data from multiple sources to maintain high data quality for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with alternative data vendors (e.g., iLevel, Preqin, S&P EDM, DealCloud, Altvia) and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery and issue resolution. Monitor and support data pipelines and workflows, ensuring smooth data ingestion, transformation, and integration into investment platforms.
