Job Description
Lead the Stage Experience at Sephora Canada and shape exceptional client engagement by overseeing various beauty departments. Your role is key in implementing innovation and coaching successful teams.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for all departments in your Sephora location, ensuring exceptional client service aligned with the company's objectives. Partner with the Assistant Manager to tackle client feedback while also supporting the on-boarding process for all interactive technologies.
