About the Role
We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and execution-driven professional to join RHB Bank as a Lead, Strategy & Special Projects Team 1 . In this role, you will support the development and execution of group-wide strategies and value creation initiatives across RHB's domestic and international businesses. You will work closely with senior management, including the Group Chief Strategy & International Officer (GCSIO), Group Management Committee (GMC), and business leaders, to drive strategic analysis, facilitate decision-making, and deliver key strategic and special projects.

Assist the Head in performing strategic analysis and providing recommendations to drive the Group's long-term strategy and GMC-level decisions.
