A leading European data centre delivery specialist is currently seeking an experienced
Lead Structural Engineer
to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland.
This is a senior site-based role with responsibility for leading and coordinating all structural (CSA) activities on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and commercially controlled delivery in line with programme and client expectations.
The Role
As Lead Structural Engineer, you will take ownership of the structural scope from early site setup through to delivery, working closely with the client, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure performance across cost, quality, safety, and schedule.
