Job Summary
The Lead Structural Engineer is responsible for overseeing the structural design, analysis, and integrity of topside and hull structures for FPSO projects. This role ensures all engineering deliverables comply with international codes, project specifications, and classification society requirements. The candidate will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to deliver cost-effective, safe, and efficient structural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers in developing detailed engineering deliverables for FPSO topsides and hull structures.
Perform structural analysis and design for offshore structures using appropriate international standards (API, AISC, DNV, ABS, etc.).
Prepare and review technical documentation such as specifications, calculation reports, drawings, and material take-offs.
