This role involves guiding partners through their growth in service delivery maturity, ensuring they meet the required implementation standards. Collaborate extensively for optimal partner enablement and certification paths.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and track partner delivery capabilities
• Facilitate partner certification and training initiatives
• Review the quality of partner go-live implementations
• Identify and fill gaps in partner expertise
• Support cross-functional collaboration for quality delivery
Requirements:
• 7+ years in enterprise software delivery roles
• Knowledge of identity and access management
