Lead Supervisor for Production at Agropur

Agropur is looking for a Lead Production Supervisor in St-Laurent to enhance plant efficiencies. This full-time role emphasizes leadership in production management across key departments.
In this role, you will directly report to the Director of Operations, where you will manage all aspects of production performance standards. You will coach fellow supervisors, utilize operational data for continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with health and safety laws. Your leadership will be key in maintaining cleanliness and operational effectiveness in the Receiving, Pasteurization, and Packaging departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and manage performance indicators
• Supervise and mentor plant operators and technicians
• Analyze Ekhosoft data and maintain accuracy
• Organize workforce according to schedules
• Ensure OHS compliance and effective sanitation practices
Requirements:
