Responsibilities
Overseeing all import/export business, driving continuous logistic process improvement to increase efficiency.
Ensuring customs clearance under Customs policy.
Leading to improve warehouse operation & process efficiency.
Strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
Overseeing the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Setting up the layout and ensuring efficient space utilization.
Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures.
Adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
Planning work rotas, assigning tasks appropriately, and appraising results.
