lead surveyor

• With at least 3-5 years of working experience in survey work in a high- rise building.
• Leads site surveys during planning to verify project plan accuracy, ensuring they follow proper methods and project requirements.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software for data analysis.
• Flexible can split their time equally between fieldwork (taking physical measurements) and office work (analyzing data, preparing reports, and attending project coordination meeting).
• Prepare survey reports, as- built drawings, and measurements records.
• Know how to read plans and can identify discrepancies or errors in plans and report them to the project team.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
