Job Description

                    Lead System Support Engineer - CREQ195578 Description  Candidate should have hands on experience in handling windows/MAC OS and laptops Hands on experience in rolling out windows updates.
 Should have experience in handling IT incidents and service requests organization
 Should be capable to handle IT change requests including migration of on prem to cloud.
 Should have an expertise in creating server backups, replacing server backups as rollback plan when there is a failure of any applications
 Should be an expertise in handling IIS operations including creating/updating new IIS Sites and IIS servers
 Should have experience in handling DR processes during severe outages
 Should have experience in Azure cloud and Terraform
 Should be able to write code using Terraform
 Have managed services in Microsoft Azure and preferably have Azure certifications knows Azure VMs and SQL Mis
