Lead Systems Analyst and Integration

About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior System Analyst
with deep expertise in the
Consultant Management System (CMS)
to support system requirements, integration, and enhancements. The role involves working closely with business users, analysts, and IT project teams to ensure solutions are effective, technically sound, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Lead, business stakeholders, IT system owners, and users to support CMS operations and maintenance.
• Work with ITD Project Teams and Infrastructure/Middleware teams to define and implement system integrations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, prioritization, and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Translate high-level business needs into functional requirements and system specifications.
• Prepare and execute test data and testing plans for developed programs.
