In this senior management position, you'll lead a team of dedicated Talent Partners responsible for all aspects of revenue hiring. Your insights will drive the hiring strategy in collaboration with sales leadership, enhancing visibility and accountability of recruitment efforts. You’ll manage and train talent professionals to support diverse global teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop a team of recruiters
• Own complete Revenue hiring execution
• Facilitate streamlined pipeline reviews with executives
• Create effective international hiring frameworks
• Ensure rigorous interview quality and evaluation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years in Revenue recruiting, including managerial experience
