Lead Technical Sales Engineer (all genders) – BESS and Microgrids

Job Description Summary

The Lead Technical Sales Engineer is a key member of the sales organization, responsible for developing high-quality technical proposals for customer projects, primarily focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and microgrids.

In this role, you will design optimal technical and commercial solutions that meet customer requirements, with a strong emphasis on long-term customer satisfaction and project success.

During the onboarding phase, regular presence at our Berlin office will be required. Afterward, attendance in Berlin will be expected a few times per month.
