Lead Therapeutic Life Coach

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Therapeutic Life Coach to join our Young Adults and Families Programme in Kuala Lumpur. This is a highly relational and dynamic role within a psychologically informed, trauma aware and therapeutically driven environment. This role is ideal for somebody who understands that meaningful therapeutic change does not only happen in formal therapy sessions. Some of the most important moments can happen through consistency, emotional safety, sport, creativity, shared meals, excursions, life skills and human connection. The Role
• Supporting the daily therapeutic structure and smooth running of the programme
• Leading and supporting young adults through day-to-day therapeutic living
• Maintaining excellent organisation, structure and timekeeping across the day
• Supporting emotional regulation, co-regulation and therapeutic alliance
• Leading shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required
