Position Title: Lead Campus Recruitment

Reports To: Director

Experience:10+ years in a campus recruitment team within a professional services firm or related industry.

Role Summary:

As a manager – Talent Acquisition (Campus) at BDO India, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end campus recruitment strategies, with a focus on attracting high-potential talent for consulting and audit roles. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, placement cells, and HR teams to drive successful hiring from top campuses.
